Meet Alannah Woodrow.

I am a Brisbane-born and bred woman, an avid foodie, and a lover of flora, fauna and sunsets! I fill my cup up by spending my spare time trying new spots to eat and drink with loved ones, or soaking up the sun’s rays in nature with my favourite furry friends!

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed her studies in Brisbane at the University of Queensland. I have experience working as a Dietitian in hospitals and outpatient clinics across the Western Downs region in Queensland. I have experience working with a diverse patient group to manage many health conditions.

As your Dietitian, I will focus on how nutrition can help you thrive by working with how the overlap of pelvic pain, neurodivergence, and connective tissue disorders manifests for you. My approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, empathetic, and trauma-informed. I want to empower you to thrive.

I’m a dietitian with lived experience of the overlap I’m focusing my practice on. I have lived with Endometriosis for 10+ years and Persistent Pelvic Pain for 3+ years. My healthcare team also suspect neurodivergences and connective tissue disorders & co. including POTS, Autism, and hypermobility.

Because of this, I truly understand what it’s like to navigate health challenges in this overlap, while juggling work, relationships, and everything in between. You are not alone! We are amongst the strongest people on earth!
