Rebates

Whilst a referral is not required to see Alannah at Thrive As You Dietetics. Clients may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan through their GP for Medicare rebates. The allocated allied health appointments for a dietitian will provide you with a rebate from Medicare. However, there will still be an out-of-pocket expense for appointments.

If you have private health insurance, you may also be eligible for rebates from them. Please check with your insurer if this is a rebate you hope to receive.
